All orders are shipped via Australia Post and include a tracking number so you can follow your order. Please note that delivery timeframes may vary during peak season or external factors outside our control.

RETURNS POLICY
☆ Can I return my product? 
We do not accept returns or refunds if product has been opened or used, this is due to hygiene and safety reasons. 

☆ What if my order arrives faulty or damaged?
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not meeting specifications, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo of order. If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

☆ What if I change my mind?
We do not offer store credit or exchanges for change of mind purchases, incorrect use or failure to follow size guide before purchasing is the customers responsibility.
